vitamins and nutrients that the body requies for healthy

The vitamins that make up vitamin B complex are water soluble,
which means that they dissolve in water. As a result, the vitamins are
absorbed by the body, and they are used to carry out a variety of
different functions. When excess amounts are consumed, they are most
often simply excreted from the body through the urine. This means that
excess vitamin B complex does not stay in the body, and therefore, it
does not usually cause any serious side effects. Studies have shown

some side effects if large amounts of pharmaceutical grade supplements
are ingested. While the effects of vitamins B-1 and B-2 are
negligible, an overdose of niacin can have more noticeable
effects. Niacin overdose can cause hot flashes, cardiac arrhythmia,
and high blood sugar. The other symptoms that can indicate an overdose
of B complex vitamins include signs of edema, joint pain, dehydration,
fatigue, gastrointestinal problems, and depression.
Although vitamin B complex vitamins are relatively safe, it is
important to always take caution when taking any vitamins. This
includes carefully reading and following all dosage instructions. You
should also speak with your doctor if you experience any of the
possible side effects of vitamin B complex overdose.
